How the work is organised
Board production, inspection and assembly are handled inside one order, so the paperwork that arrives covers the whole job rather than one part of it.
An order is not handed between suppliers. Files are read against our process capability before a price is quoted, the build specification is fixed in writing, and the boards are made, inspected and packed to that same specification.
Inspection and assembly sit on the same route. That is why a single set of documents can describe the laminate lot, the finished board and the assembled unit.

AOI and electrical test on every board
Inspection is not a box to tick at the end of a job. It runs alongside the work — from the laminate lot arriving at the door to the board going into the carton.

- AOI on every panelAutomated optical inspection runs on every panel for missing, shifted or wrongly plated features.
- Electrical test on every boardEach board is tested against your netlist for opens and shorts; nothing is sampled.
- Lot-level traceabilityA shipment can be traced back to the material lots and the production dates it came from.
